You'll make it happen by managing your own client portfolio to stimulate growth opportunities and improve operational effectiveness at DSV: you work on it.
 
How do you do this? As a contract manager, you'll be responsible for managing our key clients. Your main goal is to maintain and increase revenue, margin, and customer satisfaction. Within the organization, you'll work closely with various stakeholders to ensure that customer agreements are adhered to, while also identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities. You'll stay informed about developments in processes and approaches within DSV to achieve the best returns for both customers and the company. You'll take proactive leadership in managing all agreements and expectations related to your clients, both internally and externally, and implement new clients and/or services within our business operations. You achieve this by: 

• maintaining customer relationships and collaborating with both customers and internal stakeholders.
• drafting and presenting price proposals to customers.
• participating in MBRs (Monthly Business Reviews) and QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews);
• monitoring KPIs, reporting results and trends to customers, aiming to generate new insights.
• analyzing, identifying, and resolving risks and incidents.

You bring

• experience within the Transport and Logistics sector, preferably in a similar role;
• experience in a commercial or operational function and a willingness to focus entirely on contract management;
• proficiency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written. If you also master other foreign languages, that's definite a plus.
