Efficiently allocating tasks while contributing to the future and strategy of the department. Additionally, you'll be closely involved in the construction of our facility in Moerdijk: You work at it.

How do you do this? With keen insight, practical skills, and in-depth technical knowledge, you'll be responsible for managing our facility processes. You'll oversee contracts, certifications, and service level agreements, ensuring they are continuously updated and adhered to. You achieve this by:

  • coordinating facility tasks, including waste management, cleaning, and minor maintenance;
  • supervising preventive and corrective maintenance of assets and infrastructure;
  • leading external technicians and ensuring efficient deployment;
  • allocating tasks within the team, coaching, and mentoring employees;
  • conducting performance reviews and meetings, and meeting legal obligations.

You bring

  • bachelor's degree or equivalent in combination with relevant work experience in a leadership role within a facility environment;
  • proficiency in both Dutch and English languages;
  • experience with new construction or mechanization projects within a logistics environment will certainly be beneficial.
