Contributing to the implementation and enhancement of our health and safety strategy is your priority: you work on it.

How will you do this? Ensuring occupational safety within our logistics operations and serving as the point of contact for safe working practices. You identify issues, address reports, and communicate with colleagues and managers. Additionally, you provide guidance to supervisors and management for improvement initiatives. You achieve this by:

  • developing, advising on, and implementing health and safety policies;
  • creating action plans based on Risk Assessment and Evaluation (RAE) findings and leading resulting projects;
  • managing incident response and following up on all reports;
  • participating in or leading multidisciplinary teams to develop process descriptions, work instructions, and control measures;
  • translating relevant laws and regulations into practical solutions.

You bring

  • a Bachelor's degree, preferably with a specialization in occupational safety;
  • relevant experience and a strong interest in health and safety within a logistics or process-oriented environment;
  • excellent command of both Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
