As a junior project manager freight, you'll play a crucial role in promoting operational excellence and process standardization in our operations, both in the Netherlands and Belgium. You’re on it.

You'll collaborate closely with our freight operations team, using your knowledge of logistics and project management to implement impactful changes and improvemets. You'll achieve this by: 

• identifying operational improvement areas and standardization in collaboration with stakeholders;
• leading projects for process optimization and automation to reduce manual work;
• conducting risk analyses and implementing strategies for project success;
• being proficient in Excel VBA, Access, and PowerBI for advanced data analysis, automation, and visualization. Skilled in developing support tools and creating impactful data visualizations.

You bring

• experience in logistics, so you know what the operational processes and standardization possibilities within the logistics industry are. Besides that, you are familiar with warehouse management systems and transport management systems;
• experience in leading projects for process optimization and automation;
• skills in risk analyses, mitigation strategies, and expertise in Excel, PowerBI, and/or other relevant tools for data analysis;
• good command of both the Dutch and English language.
