Together with your colleagues, you ensure that all necessary goods are delivered to overseas (drilling) platforms, using various transport modalities. From the DSV warehouse to the other side of the world. You’re on it.

How do you do this? As a logistics coordinator, you work closely with your colleagues. After receiving order details from our client, you coordinate with your colleagues in the warehouse regarding the incoming shipment, where it will be checked for quantities, damages, and documentation. You then ensure that all customer orders are entered into the warehouse management system. You assist your colleagues in organizing the transport and make sure all certifications and documentation are correct before shipping. You achieve this by:

• processing customer orders in the DSV system and informing colleagues on what to do;
• resolving potential issues with a customer-oriented approach;
• informing your contacts at the client, via phone and email, about current shipments and their status.

You bring

• at least 2 years of experience in a similar role as a customer service representative in a logistics environment;
• commercial skills and the ability to prioritize. Additionally, you are eager to learn, used to working with various systems, and naturally interested in the logistics and/or transport sector;
• a good command of Dutch and English to communicate with clients via phone or email.
