Ensuring, improving and implementing quality, occupational safety, fire safety, health and environmental requirements for the region (4 sites, ±200,000m²). In addition, you will be closely involved in the commissioning of our new site in Moerdijk (>200,000m²): you get it done!
How you do this? As QHSE manager, you are responsible for the development, implementation and enforcement of QHSE policies, ensuring that they remain compliant with regulations and certifications. You also conduct internal audits and checks within our region to continuously improve quality. You develop and provide training to employees to promote information transfer, awareness and improvement in the field of QHSE. You constantly strive for improvement and have the capacity to take your team, of three experts, to the next level. You achieve this by:
- checking that procedures are followed within centrally set standards;
- observing, reporting and advising based on deviations;
- managing documentation and registrations for quality and making quality documents available. These documents can be found in our quality management system;
- acting as first point of contact for occupational health, safety and environment within your region.

You bring
- HBO working and thinking level, preferably supplemented by a specialisation in secondary safety science;
- relevant work experience and a clear affinity with the Health & Safety aspect within a logistics or process organisation;
- control of the Dutch and English language both verbally and in writing;
- knowledge and experience in the field of Health & Safety and environmental management and/or willingness to develop oneself in this field.
