Alongside the department, you share responsibility for assembling and configuring cash counting machines for European banks and major retailers: you contribute to the process: you work on it.

How do you do this? As a technical specialist, you work alongside four colleagues in our Technical Center (TC). 
This department acts as the link between our customers, process engineering, and production by providing support in technical matters and quality assurance. In addition to your daily tasks such as troubleshooting, process improvement, and implementation, you also focus on providing training. This involves continuously gathering information, assessing its relevance, and then translating it into training materials. You also deliver training sessions yourself and oversee colleagues doing so, ensuring smooth delivery. You achieve this by: 

• providing daily technical support, including troubleshooting, problem analysis, and solution implementation;
• developing and implementing training programs for new and existing employees, including certification after training.
