Leading an enthusiastic team in which you and your team contribute to the further optimisation of our logistics processes: you work on it. 

How will you do this? In the warehouse, we are responsible for handling inbound and outbound operations every day for various international clients. We do this for gaming clients such as ESL and Pokémon. Additionally, we store products for about five small clients. As a warehouse manager, you are an essential link in our logistics process. Together with your team, you work towards achieving productivity standards, meeting time and quality requirements, and ensuring compliance with procedures and regulations. You oversee 1 to 3 team leaders who manage technical teams of 15 to 30 colleagues each. You are not just a leader but also a coach. You guide and motivate your team members, conduct performance reviews, and foster a pleasant work environment. You achieve this by: 

• monitoring and supervising the execution of processes and coordinating with other internal departments
• proactively thinking along on process improvements; 
• providing management information based on pre-agreed targets/KPIs;
• managing, coaching and guiding your team.

You bring

• at least 5 years' experience in a managerial position and in a logistics environment or production organisation;
• have a passion for logistics and know how to convey this to others;
• you speak and write the English language well, Dutch is a pre;
• furthermore, you are result-oriented, keep an overview and are strong in your own opinion.
