The Solutions IT Support Team supports all aspects related to the WMS applications within DSV: you contribute to this.

How do you do this?

As a WMS Support Specialist, you are responsible for supporting all aspects related to our WMS application infrastructure, including Blue Yonder/JDA Dispatcher and other related applications. You coordinate and manage all system aspects within the support area and provide support for the implementations of our WMS. Release changes, rollouts, and hotfixes are part of your daily tasks. You work in an international environment and play a key role in supporting our internal and external customers. Your in-depth technical knowledge of warehouse applications allows you to provide second-line support and collaborate closely with internal/external customers and suppliers to gather and document requirements, coordinate changes and releases, and provide support services for logistics applications. This role is ideal for a candidate with a predisposition for (ITIL) service support processes. You get this done by: 

• supporting and coordinating support tasks around our WMS applications on a daily basis; 
• picking up ad hoc issues with various partners and logistics teams;
• using your knowledge of Blue Yonder/JDA Dispatcher, SQL, Oracle and Citrix.

You bring

• at least 5 years of work experience, preferably in an international environment; 
• excellent knowledge of WMS processes and applications such as Blue Yonder/JDA Dispatcher, SQL, Oracle and Citrix;
• a Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, business administration, logistics or similar.
