You will closely collaborate with the WMS Services team and the Service Owners to optimise internal processes and support DSV's growth: you’re on it. 

How you do this? By using your in-depth knowledge and collaboration, you will help streamline operational workflows and ensure we continue scaling efficiently. Your contribution will not only help improve processes but also ensure future growth and success by implementing sustainable and scalable solutions. You achieve this by:

• ensuring the availability of reporting information and generating metric reports;
• supporting periodic tasks such as reporting, documentation validation, and application administration;
• contributing to the creation and maintenance of integrated process and SOP libraries;
• identifying process improvements and checking and tracking change requests for DSV’s systems;
• monitoring and following up on open security vulnerabilities of the WMS systems;
• being responsible for analysing and assessing the compliance status of WMS systems according to the ISO 27001 standard.

You bring

• a background as a Business Support Specialist with an affinity for Warehouse Logistics applications;
• strong analytical skills and a process-oriented mindset;
• experience with MS Office, especially Excel (knowledge of Teams, SharePoint, and Jira is a plus).
