You manage the workflow within your team and handle escalations. You closely monitor the KPIs and ensure clear communication between the supervisor and your team. you’re on it.

How do you do this? Daily tasks include tracking KPIs, handling recaps, and preparing weekly and monthly reports. This dynamic role requires you to respond flexibly to unexpected situations. You achieve this by;

  • conducting monthly invoice checks together with your supervisor;
  • leading OBRs and MBRs when the supervisor is absent;
  • acting as the key link between the customer service supervisor and your team of 15 colleagues;
  • continuously working on process improvements to enhance efficiency.

You bring

  • a passion for the field! You also know how to inspire others. On top of that, you bring several years of experience in a customer service-related role;
  • excellent command of the English language;
  • knowledge of warehouse processes, such as inbound, outbound, and value-added logistics processes;
  • strong MS Office skills and experience with a warehouse management system; leadership skills you set priorities, assess risks, and communicate effectively.
