As a senior customer service representative, you coordinate operational tasks within the customer service team. You are the primary contact for operational questions and escalations, ensuring everything runs smoothly: you’re on it. 

How you do this? By meticulously monitoring schedules, identifying deviations in a timely manner, and communicating clearly with customers and carriers. Additionally, you contribute to the team’s growth by mentoring and training (new) colleagues. You achieve this by:

  • coordinating operational tasks within the customer service team;
  • acting as the first point of contact for questions and escalations;
  • ensuring accurate administrative processing;
  • identifying and communicating deviations and delays;
  • coaching and training (new) colleagues.

Your team within DSV stands out because it is divided into two groups, each led by a customer service supervisor. You will work with 4 to 10 colleagues in a dynamic and supportive environment where growth and development are key.

You bring

  • a completed MBO education, preferably in logistics;
  • a customer- and solution-oriented mindset;
  • strong communication skills and a professional attitude;
  • proficiency in Dutch and English (an additional European language is a plus);
  • availability for 40 hours per week.
