For urgent deliveries, we offer XPress services, ensuring priority handling for the fastest transit times.

Air freight to Indonesia typically takes 2-5 days, depending on the route and customs clearance. For sea freight from ports such as Rotterdam or Antwerp to major Indonesian ports like Jakarta, Surabaya, and Belawan, transit times usually range between 35 and 40 days, depending on the final destination and any potential transshipment points. DSV provides advanced track & trace capabilities, allowing you to monitor your shipments in real time and always stay informed about their status.

For transport to Indonesia, you will typically need a commercial invoice, a packing list, a Bill of Lading (B/L) or Air Waybill (AWB), and possibly a certificate of origin. Indonesia enforces strict customs regulations and import duties. Additional permits may be required for certain products, such as pharmaceutical goods and electronics. DSV provides expert assistance to ensure the correct handling of all customs formalities.

For sea freight, the main ports are Tanjung Priok (Jakarta), Tanjung Perak (Surabaya), and Belawan (Medan). For air freight, we frequently use Soekarno-Hatta International Airport (Jakarta), Juanda International Airport (Surabaya), and Ngurah Rai International Airport (Bali). Thanks to our strong presence in these key logistics hubs, we can offer fast and efficient transport solutions.
