What is a flat rack container?
Flat rack containers are especially suitable for heavy loads or loads that need to be loaded from above or the side, such as large pipes and heavy machinery. There are two types of flat rack containers:
- Non-collapsible flat rack: this flat rack has walls at the ends of the container, this makes the construction stronger and increases the load capacity;
- Collapsible flat rack: this flat rack has collapsible side walls and is therefore stackable. Which can be an advantage for storage and transport of the container when not in use.
Flat racks are made of steel and come in a 20FT and 40FT format
