DSV opens second one million square foot, LEED certified facility near Dallas, Texas

We are proud to introduce another DSV site to the Dallas-Fort Worth community. This warehouse adds an additional 1 million square feet to our Dallas campus and allows us to better handle the organic growth of existing customers, as well as the ability to add new clients.

This multi-client facility is primarily designed to serve customers in a range of industries, offering high-efficiency storage and order fulfillment services. It boasts high tech safety and security features and is equipped with a building management system to help with sustainability. Like our existing Dallas facility, “Big Tex,” which opened in 2022, the site is state-of-the-art, and the combined might of this campus allows us to leverage a strong leadership team to support clients and share a labor pool of over 400 employees between the sites.

This expansion enhances our ability to serve retailers and consumer brands looking to expand their online business and better reach existing customers. The infrastructure in place allows for fast ramp up of operations for new customers or growth of existing clients.

Located in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, the facility has access to DFW airport, major interstate highways and intermodal terminals. The logistics facility is a strategic hub for transport throughout the US and a gateway for trade with Mexico.
