The shipment was incorrectly created as an export shipment. To resolve this, please instead create as an import shipment.

An IOSS number is required when shipping goods with a maximum value of 150 EUR or when shipping to an end-consumer in Europe for the payment of VAT. To make the field optional uncheck the field “I am not shipping to an end consumer, and/or the commodities value exceeds 150 EUR; I do not need to enter an IOSS Number”.
