  • Responsible for ensuring the Country achieves sales growth targets and execute strategic priorities, while driving collaboration across the Country.
  • Functional leadership of branch/regional Heads of Sales for the assigned Country / District
  • Generating business for all the products. Achieve set individual GP & Volume target.
  • Ensure all global sales policies, processes and guidelines are implemented and adhered to in the Country / District
  • Identify and develop the market and enable relevant products, solutions and services in close cooperation with the Products, Corporate and Regional sales functions
  • Ensure customer engagement meetings at Country level with focus on key accounts
  • Create and execute Country growth plan that leverages market potential, in alignment with the Region
  • Ensure all accounts have a clear ownership for retention and growth, assigned either to Sales or Customer Service
  • Attend monthly review meetings with line manager and hold monthly review meetings with the Branches
  • Ensure individual meetings are in place between salespersons and their managers at Country / District level
  • Review pipeline, activities and performance using CRM reports
  • Graduate with 5 years of relevant professional experience (minimum) in leadership position in an international company in freight forwarding industry and local market.
  • Strategic and planning skills (ability to develop strategy and plan)
  • Builds high performing workforce by identifying and promoting talent, hiring high performers
  • Strong people management and leadership skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft® Office Software (Excel®, Word, PowerPoint® and others)
  • Good knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
  • Good knowledge of SAP®, or similar systems, for reporting and analysis
  • Fluency in English mandatory (written and spoken)
