On-boarding formalities (Induction & Induction Feedback) as extant to be adhere to and monitored, new improvisations to be initiated and ensure HR Induction process for all entrants – day 1 of joining.
Assist the Performance Management Process and Consolidation in the respective region.
Assisting in providing the nominations for various training and development plans.
Source, identify, recruit and develop key talents to ensure that the organizational capability meets strategic business requirements
Assist the Employee Engagement Process in the region.
Assist all activities of the region, ensuring highly qualified motivated staff by creating a high commitment work environment
Support the Editor in this endeavor by facilitating articles, contributions from employees, region updates on a periodic basis
Ensure implementation in harmony with the extant R & R policies, practices in place. Suggest improvisations and ensure successful execution/roll outs.
Assist and support the Manager/ Regional Management in the HR tasks and initiatives.
Leave / attendance related queries and coordination with HR operations team/payroll partner
Track of Confirmation & Exit process – initiate necessary forms, exit interview process.
