  • To manage the ocean freight global accounts as a single window for customer correspondence, operations and to achieve operational excellence and higher productivity through timely & accurate documentation, operations and OSC functions and effective coordination with outsourced service providers/vendors
  • Shipment tracking, issuance of invoices and coordination with counterparts.
  • Handle documentation and operations of Sea Freight Export.
  • Working knowledge of export procedures and statutory requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with the standard area operating processes and Customer SOPs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Graduate with at least 1-2 year experience in forwarding and logistics.
  • Good at English (Reading & Writing) and able to communicate well with different stakeholders.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office, system and software.
  • Ability to work under pressure and a good team player.
